Outback wanted to promote limited time offer steak combos: Steak & Shrimp, Steak & Crab Legs, Steak & etc. So we used an Australian Barry White impressionist (NOTE: this was the most difficult role I have ever had to cast) to compliment people on Twitter with real-time audio tweets in response to users tweeting at the @komplimentarykoala. He made everyone feel the love with his sweet-sweet sounding voice.
We used the Koala in rich banners to entice people to try different steak combos. Once a user made a choice, the Koala’s sweet voice complimented their selection.
